# Claryoo

> Claryoo is an AI co-host for live sessions, online on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams or in person in a room. Online, it joins the call as a participant and runs polls, quizzes and volunteer picks that people answer by typing in the meeting chat. In person, people join on their phones by QR code. Either way it gives the host a private read on who is engaged and who has gone quiet, and hands over a summary of what was decided, and who owes what, the moment the session ends.

## What it does

- Plan: describe the session and Claryoo drafts the polls and quizzes in order; add slides from a PDF; press Next during the session to launch each one.
- Engage: polls, quizzes and Pick a volunteer. Online, people answer in the meeting chat; in person, on their phones. No app to install. Questions land on one board, longest wait first.
- Know: a private, host-only read on the room: how many people are with you, who has gone quiet, which question has waited too long. It stays silent unless something matters.
- Act: when the session ends, a summary of where it landed, what was decided, the follow-ups owed (with names), and the poll and quiz results.
- Ask: connect Claryoo to ChatGPT or Claude and ask about any past session.
- In person: no call, no bot, no mic. People scan a QR code (or type a short code at claryoo.com/join) and answer on their phones, or tap Got it, Lost me, Too fast or Example please. The host sees which slide lost the room ("The room is lost on slide 14") with a next move. An optional room screen shows slides, polls and results on a projector. Hybrid sessions use both at once.

## How it differs

- Versus polling tools (Mentimeter, Slido, Poll Everywhere): on a call, people answer inside the meeting chat rather than at a separate site; in a room, they join by QR like any polling tool. Either way Claryoo also reads the room, tells the host which slide lost people, and writes up the outcome.
- Versus note-takers (Otter, Fireflies, Read.ai, Fathom): Claryoo works during the session, getting people involved and telling the host how the room is doing, not only after it.

## Practical details

- Platforms: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams. Paste a meeting link, add Claryoo from the Zoom app, or connect Google Calendar. In person needs no call at all.
- Participants install nothing and never pay. Claryoo never speaks; online it posts one short hello in the chat (can be turned off on Pro).
- Privacy: no video recording. Online, the call is transcribed live to read the room and build the summary; call audio is deleted automatically after 7 days. In person there is no mic: only what people tap and type on their phones. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Pricing: Free plan with 2 session hours a month. Starter $19/month for 8 hours. Pro $39/month for 25 hours. Extra 10 hours for $20 on paid plans, valid 90 days. In person, time counts from Start to End session, minus paused breaks. Every account starts with a 14-day Pro trial, no card. Billed by hours, not seats.
